Too Many Connections Mysql Cluster (NDB Engine)

We have our java application directly connected to the MySql cluster (NDB engine) with 1 SQL Node.We also have another SQL node.We had a requirement to load balance our 2 SQL Nodes with the physical load balancer A10 (ADC) using the VIP.
Our application runs fine when directly connected to the SQL Node but when we connet the application with the SQL nodes via VIP provided by the physical load balaner,the application works fine for few hours but stops responding saying "Too Many Connections".
As per googling I increased the connections limit in MySql but still facing the same issue for a month.Need support regarding solving this interesting as well as cumbersome issue.
