AFTER RESTART MYSQL SERVICE VALUE OF select @@global.max_allowed_packet, @@session.max_allowed_packet IS 1073741824 AND 1073741824 RESPECTIVELY. BUT AFTER 2 OR 3 DAY THESE VALUE AUTOMATICALLY RESET TO 1024 AND 1024 RESPECTIVELY.
