Again, your left self-join, as written, makes no sense.
And your two sets of `iswebsitelive` conditions, taken together, would include all rows in the table, which makes them entirely redundant.
Before we can write a query, we need to precisely formulate the question we're asking in everyday language that everyone can understand. Please do that.
