The Strategy is simple. There is a Script named fillutils.sh. You can run this Script with an Order as Argument. For Example: fillutils.sh order/mysql_backup.txt.
The Order is a Dataset containing three Things. First the SELECT. Second a Script that is executed for each row of the Result. This Script may contain the Columns as Variables. $1$ is the first Columns, $2$ the second and so on. The third Part is the JDBC Konfiguration you need to connect the Java Programm to MySQL.
