mySQL5.5.20 Not showing all tables
I am migrating my databases from one machine to another, which I have done many times in the past. I installed 5.5.20 on my server machine and dropped my tables into the data directory (again as I have done in the past) only this time only the tables that can with the msi installer are being show with the mysqlshow commanads as well as using phpmyadmin and other methods. Any ideas why this is occuring. I setup the default tables to be INNODB though the tables not being shown are all myISAM, could this be why?
