This directory does'nt exist
In C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Fabric 1.5 & MySQL Utilities 1.5
there is no bin directory, but some executable are in :
mysqlauditadmin.exe
mysqlauditgrep.exe
mysqldbcompare.exe
mysqldbcopy.exe
mysqldbexport.exe
mysqldbimport.exe
mysqldiff.exe
mysqldiskusage.exe
mysqlfabric.exe
mysqlfailover.exe
mysqlfrm.exe
mysqlindexcheck.exe
mysqlmetagrep.exe
...
but not mysql
