Let's see
* my.cnf
* the query
* SHOW CREATE TABLE
128MB is very tiny by today's standards. However, just increasing RAM may not help without changing some my.cnf settings.
128MB costs less than one dollar (less than one Euro). That's _cost_, not _rental_. I hate to think what they are charging you for it.
