Count Entries?

Hello I have a question.

I have a table with alot of different URLs. Some of the urls are just different in the address but end at the same file name. Is there a way to count the file name?

e.g.

column url:
http://www.domainA.com/File1.jpg
http://www.domainB.com/File1.jpg
http://www.domainC.com/File1.jpg
http://www.domainA.com/File2.jpg
http://www.domainA.com/File3.jpg
http://www.domainB.com/File2.jpg

The result schoulb be:
File1 = 3
File2 = 2
File3 = 1

I know how to use Count and Group by but I have no idea how to tell the group command that it should group only by filename and ignoring the domain address
