How many sql connections can this computer carry simultaneously.

i Guys,

I have a testing computer that runs Xampp and Mysql. I have loaded a pretty small data on the server (windows 7 sp1) and aiming for 70 users to connect to this computer to use the database. The question in my mind is that how many users can this machine accommodate at the same time, does my SQL eats a lot of machine power? I'm newbie to dev and want to know if we can use low specs just for database storage.

Machine specs are:

Windows 7 SP1

AMD Athlon II X@ B24 Processor 3.00 GHZ
4 GB RAM
64 bit OS
