Maybe view has wrong DEFINER; to check this, run SHOW CREATE VIEW statement -

SHOW CREATE VIEW <view name>

If DEFINER is 'root'@'%', then alter this view in this manner -

ALTER DEFINER = 'root'@'domain.com' VIEW <view name> AS...

Command syntax: ALTER VIEW statement.
