Hi Sana,
I have few things to ask about, because I have a similar problem:
1. What was the application development language you used? PHP, Java or else?
2. In any case, how did you specify the charset=utf in the connection string, was it part of the client side code or at the server side setting?
3. Can you provide the syntax of what you did? I mean can you give an example?
