Don't use Swedish if you want Danish.
If I am not mistaken the two languages sort Ø (O with stroke) and Å (A WITH RING ABOVE) differently.
All of these should be either latin1 or utf8:
* the "terminal's" character set
* SET NAMES
* CHARACTER SET -- in the table
* meta in html output
Mixing latin1 and utf8 works only in certain combinations.
