Hi,
Run migration wizard and select 'Create a shell script to copy the data from outside of Workbench' radio button in 'Migration Transfer Setup' step.
That will genertae you shell script\windows batch file that you can add to cron or WTS.
Rememebr to edit it and setup passwords for source and target dbs before you run it first time.
