PARTITION BY RANGE (CHARACTER BASIS) ?
Hey all,
Could any of you help me in the following issue :
1) I need to partition my table based on an attribute which is of character type.
2) how can this be implemented by "partition by range"?
3) how can it satisfy the normal format of "LESS THAN" in case of characters?
Is there any way?
Please help me out in this asap.
