Important Questions on QB

Can someone please offer me some advice.

I have been using MySQL Query Browser for a while and kept upgrading along with the releases. I had 1.1.20, then found the same bug as listed at http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=16369. Now I have gone back to 1.1.15 and I am having problems with QB locking tables then not letting them go and returning a Query aborted message when I try to query them.

So, my questions are:
1. Where can I find older versions of QB? MySQL server and connectors are available in older versions, why not QB? I have searched this site over.
2. What is the development status of QB? No new versions have been made since February and the source code is listed as 1.1.18.
3. What is the documentation status? It is severly lacking detail and doesn't list feature changes between versions.

I hope someone involved in the project can shed some light on QB.
