Query Browser Question

Hello,

I have QB 1.1.6 and was wondering if I can use it to connect to a MySQL database store on a web-server that is not at my site. I have a website and it uses an online version of the program I believe it is called phpAdmin. However, I would like to be able to use QB if at all possible. I have tried a few settings and can't get it to work.

Is it even possible?
