Hi,

Yes, this is an unsatisfying situation. The query area at the top of the window only allows one query at a time, but returns a result set for it. The script editor however can be used for large scripts with a lot of different types of queries, but it does not return result sets because it is meant for things like backup scripts, database manipulation, stored procedure design etc.

We are aware of the fact that people like to have result sets shown if there are any in the script editor and will later offer a solution.
