Installing in FC4

Hi,
What's the preferred way to install the browser under FC4? The Redhat-related packages are for old RH9 and didn't work. The source build requires a ton of development packages (libgtkhtml-3.0 was the only one I couldn't find. Seems obscure.)
The binary-only tar.gz works, but usually the statically linked binaries are a last resort on distros with package managers...
