Query execution time message

Windows XP, MySQL Query Browser v. 1.1.13 MySQL 4.1

Query execution time message has the following syntax:
<N> row(s) fetched in <Time1 s>(<Time2 s>)
Can anyone explain, what exactly Time1 and Time2 numbers mean?
