sql5.1.23 installation & configuration help please

I am a newbie, just installed mysql5.1.23 on my Windows Vista with php5.2.5 and apache 2.2.
All were installed using auto installer, and I need some help to congifure the sql with php and apache.
Also, where can i find simple gui for mysql administration?
