Hi,
I am using Windows Vista. 2 days ago I installed XAMPP and today I decided to uninstall it and install MySql by itself. When I run Mysql Server Instance Configuration Wizard, it gets stuck at "Start service" and the error is

“cannot create windows service for mysql error 0”

When I tried to run "C:\>sc delete mysql" I get the following error message:

C:\Users\sakanet>sc delete mysql
[SC] OpenService FAILED 5:
Access is denied.

I am the administrator on this machine.
I disabled User Account Control from MSCONFIG, that was suggested from another forum.
It seems like I am stuck, please HELP!
