Mac OS 10.5 Semi-Solution

During the install of mysql on OSX, I get this error about 80% of the time that I start my computer. But because reinstalling MySQL would mean messing with a bunch of dependencies, I found an at-the-time solution that works for me.

Whenever I get this error, I just kill -9 the mysqld process, or go to the Activity Monitor and Force Quit the mysqld process. The persistent bugger then restarts, but MySQL always works after this.
