MySQL Server 5.5: Import .frm .myd .myi files

Hello everyone!
Greets from Germany!
Yesterday my old MySQL Server 5.1 crashed and I needed to reinstall it.
Now I've got a MySQL Server 5.5 and the old MySQL Datafiles (like .frm .myd .myi).

I copied them to the new “Data“ folder and started the server.
Then I accessed by PHPMyAdmin and clicked on one Database.

But there is no content in it!
What is wrong? Do I need to import these files and how do i import them?
