This is an extract of my server (Windows XP 64):

121113 21:12:34 InnoDB: Starting shutdown...
121113 21:12:40 InnoDB: Shutdown completed; log sequence number 3 1454208340
121114 3:12:40 [Note] c:\MySQL\bin\mysqld.exe: Shutdown complete

121114 3:22:39 [Note] Plugin 'FEDERATED' is disabled.
121113 21:22:42 InnoDB: Started; log sequence number 3 1454208340
121114 3:22:42 [Note] Event Scheduler: Loaded 0 events
121114 3:22:42 [Note] c:\MySQL\bin\mysqld.exe: ready for connections.
Version: '5.1.51-community-log' socket: '' port: 3306 MySQL Community Server (GPL)
121114 3:23:52 [Note] c:\MySQL\bin\mysqld.exe: Normal shutdown

121114 3:23:52 [Note] Event Scheduler: Purging the queue. 0 events
121113 21:23:52 InnoDB: Starting shutdown...
121114 3:24:47 [Note] Plugin 'FEDERATED' is disabled.
121113 21:24:51 InnoDB: Started; log sequence number 3 1454208340
121114 3:24:53 [Note] Event Scheduler: Loaded 0 events
121114 3:24:53 [Note] c:\MySQL\bin\mysqld.exe: ready for connections.

The timezone is GMT-3, the time is 21:23, as you can see it shows times in different timezones, one is GMT-3 as system time, the other seems to be GMT+3.
Anyone knows why is this happening or how to correct it?

p.s.: MySQL version: 5.1.51-community-log MySQL Community Server 64 bits.
