Problems starting MySQL server

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and to MySQL in general.
I have a problem. I have installed the product several times now and I am not able to use it anymore... I mean, I am not able to strt the server process anymore. It gest stuck and returns eithrt STOPPED or PENDING. Sometimes, even if showing STOPPED I can still connect to it so it seems the server process is running somehow.
How can I do a clean uninstall/install of the product?
I do this:

1. I delete the server process from the Windows services
2. I uninstall everything - also the server instances and data files
3. I remove the C:/ProgramData/MySQL path with all in it
4. Reinstall the product

Still, though, the problem persists.
Anyone can help, please?
