How to copy the files from the mysql55 structure to the "normal" mysql structure ?

1. Recently upgraded mysql 5.0 to mysql 5.5 on RHEL.
2. Now i have a query "how to copy files from the mysql 55 structure to the "normal" mysql structure" ?
