Enterprise Editions are available via https://edelivery.oracle.com
You have to have a valid account to evaluate. Since you have an enterprise account you should be able to get in just fine.

As for 5.5 they are currently not available on https://edelivery.oracle.com.
You can contact support and ask them or use the community versions of 5.5.

They are the same code base and the enterprise editions give you access to backups and support, so it should not matter for your application.

If you are using or trying to use the newer enterprise plugins those I think are more 5.6 anyway.
