Hi,
As you describe the issue it seems related to the MySQL Notifier.
Can you please supply more information about your environment and your specific scenario?

I am referring to:
* Were you upgrading your MyQSQL server installations and/or upgrading MySQL Notifier, or did you experience this on a clean install?
* What versions of these programs are installed now you see the issue?
* What are the names of the services reported by the Notifier as missing?
* Do the "missing services" work (i.e. can they be started and stopped)?

Please provide the aforementioned and all other supporting information you have about the issue.

Thanks.
