Hi

To open the installer in dashboard is necesary to open from the start menu shortcut, not directly from the msi or the programs and features control panel, if you are running from there just close it and go to your start menu, mysql, mysql indtaller for windows and click in the shortcut

Once is open you eill see an screen that has a list of products installed, which should be empty in a clean machine and a list of buttons to the right, the lower corner button is the catalog button where you can update the manifest
