error 2003 The security settings could not by applied
I`am install mysql 4.1.7 on XP with SP2(without problem)
And configurate in MySQL Server Instance Configuration
Detailed Configuration->Developer Machine->Non-Transactional Database only->Manual Setting(15)->Enable TCP/IP Networking(3606)->Manual Selected Default Character Set / Collation (cp1251)->Install As Windows Service (MySQL41)...
I have a problem in processing configuration step "Applay security settings":
The security settings could not be applied
Error Number 2003
Can`t connect to MySQL server on localhost
I`am shutdown FireWall before install.
Restart service MySQL41 not help.
Restart my comuter not help. :-(
