Workbench crash during startup

Hello,
I use Ubuntu 6.06 32bit. I would like to try latest MySQL Workbench. I downloaded mysql-gui-tools-5.0r10-linux-i386.tar.gz and made untar to /opt. But if I run ./mysql-workbench I get this output:

(mysql-workbench-bin:8030): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "qtengine",

(mysql-workbench-bin:8030): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "qtengine",
The program 'mysql-workbench-bin' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)'.
(Details: serial 746 error_code 8 request_code 143 minor_code 5)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

And still this command DEBUG=X GRT_VERBOSE=X ./mysql-workbench

(mysql-workbench-bin:8136): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "qtengine",

(mysql-workbench-bin:8136): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "qtengine",

I don't found any INSTALL or README file. JRE I have in version 1.5 update 10. I tried change gtk theme to human and clearlooks but it don't helped. I use KDE but this problem is in Gnome too.

Thanks for each answer.
