I can't even compile the damned thing, let alone run it.
Why the hell would anyone release broken source like this as a beta release? If functions/whole parts are missing, and people are just wasting time trying to get a broken product working, it's ... its... oh, I just can't take it!!
I have been trying to compile, install, compile & install, compile the mysql-gui-common and use the precomiled binaries of mysql-workbench (which doesn't compile due to a crap load of bugs, including a TYPO for one of the targets..) and I haven't found ANY combination of installation methods to even get a GTK window open.
When is the 'working' beta due to be released??
I have been trying to get this to work since February.
