I have the same problem here, it appears to do with how the fonts scale, if you zoom right into them they are clear as day, the only problem is, now you can only fit a few letters on the screen :D

Im running 1280x1024 on windows XP, i value my eyes so i cant really use it till this is fixed :(

Seems to be a great product and im looking for something i can use, but the fuzzyness lets it down for me :(
