We have consciously chosen for MyISAM.

In total, we have over 200GB of data, spread over lots of tables (sizes between 10MB and 30GB). Most important reasons are that it is a lot faster with loading data, uses less space on disk and is usually faster with querying. Also indexes are a lot smaller.
