thanks for your reply. I need to use function calls and artimetic operations because in this cos('40.7874'/57.29577951) 40.7874 will be a changing value every time this query is executed. Because of these operations indexes added on longitude and latitude columns also do not work. Any alternative solution can you suggest plz?
