If you didn't subscribe to MySQL Entreprise you will not bo able to download the 5.0.32 binaries.
Howver you can still get the source code from BitKeeper or from the FTP (not published yet -
ftp://ftp.mysql.com/pub/mysql/src/ ).
Right, MySQL Cluster is only available in the MySQL-Max distribution.
