If anyone is interested I have RHEL4 Binaries for 5.0.30

If you run RHEL4, and you are looking for pre-built binaries for 5.0.30, send me an email (jcannonb@gmail.com). If there is enough interest, I will post them. I had to build them for my company which runs CENT OS 4.

If you run an existing installation of MySQL's custom RHEL4 - MySQL 5 binary RPMs, then these should update you no problem.

This is an initial release, and I will provide them for RHEL4 to the public so long as there is interest. We run Cent OS so I have to build them for us anyway. I will not be building binaries for other platforms unless we move to a different platform.

Since this is a community sponsored build, there will be no support or warranty. This is just for people who want the latest build without paying the $5k. (Kind of like running CentOS versus the real RHEL 4). There are no mysql-max binaries yet. We don't use them, but if there is interest, I will build them and post them.
