[falcon] No Makefiles in subdirs of storage

I'm trying to port Mysql 5.2.0-falcon-alpha to a new platform, which was working out pretty well so far but I ran into a little problem that I can't fix...

in the storage directory there is a makefile, generated by config.status. However in all subdirectories of storage (i.e. storage/archive, ...) there are only Makefile.in and Makefile.am, but no Makefile.

Due to the missing files, the build stops there because there is no rule to make target all

Any ideas?

btw, before anyone starts telling me not to use alpha for this, i'm also trying with 5.0.33 now.
