MySQL build with partitioning support

Hi,
Is there a place where I can get the binaries with support for partitioning? I'm using 5.0.22-community-nt, MySQL Community Edition (GPL), and partitioning is not enabled. As far as I can tell, I need a different build to use partitioning.
