sample my.cnfs overallocate memory

Hi all-
Just finished up a discussion over in the Performance forum (http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?24,107907,107907#msg-107907) regarding apparent errors in the sample my.cnf files that are packaged with MySQL. Using my-innodb-heavy-4G.cnf as an example, the max possible memory MySQL could require is 19G, but the file is written for a 4G machine (as discussed in the referenced post). I'm thinking the sample my.cnf files need some editing; to whom do you think I should address this? It's not a bug, per se, and it's not exactly a docs issue, either. Definitely worth a look, however.

Your thoughts?
Rob
