Thanks. Looks like the MySQL documentation team has already fixed the specific problem I reported on this forum without me filing a bug report. I still think that the search functionality needs further improvement so it returns more relevant and more consistent results between different versions of documentation. I don't think this should be individual bug reports for each incorrect result being returned by the search function.

Example:
If you go to the results page http://search.mysql.com/search?q=create+table&ie=&lr=lang_en&x=0&y=0 then you will see that 5.0 and 5.5 docs return "create table syntax" and "show create table syntax". The 5.1 doc is not inline and does not return "show create table syntax".
