MySQL Doc can be better

Take for example

I can't help wondering why this page (actually almost all of the pages) contains mostly links to itself? I'm not sure who is the target user. But from a user and developer standpoint, it is simply useless and trash. The organization of the information is not straight forward and confusing like a maze.
