Reverse Engineer existing MySQL database

I inherited a MySQL database and the maintenance associated with it. I am a MS DBA by trade and have only used MySQL in a limited capacity. I have a fairly large DB I need to model so I know what I am dealing with. There are 243 tables so modeling by hand is out of the question. Is there an application that will reverse engineer this DB for me and produce an image of the ERD?

The only access I have to the machine is via SSH, so something along the 'command-line' variety would be most helpful.

Thanks In Advance.
