No-one can tell from your schema diagram whether the design is correct or complete, because correctness & completeness depend on the complete requirement list, and we can't see that. You do have a complete specification sheet, don't you? If not, make one, then write the db design from that (as described at
http://www.artfulsoftware.com/dbdesignbasics.html).
