Thanks Peter. That is a bummer to have to enforce this in my app layer, since it is not as easy as using a check/rule. (I was a Sybase DBA for a long time, and if I remember correctly, Sybase calls it a "rule").

But, it's good to know that another option does not exist before I implement the code in the app!
