I would say it is time for you to start populating the database, and working on the UI. It is often after one gets going, that the need for a few more tweaks show up.

Do not be afraid to do ALTER TABLE, or even DROP TABLE and reCREATE TABLE. Do it as you need to; it will be messier to do it after you go 'live'.
