tissue_sample( tsid primary key, location, species )
tissue_sample_component( tscid primary key, tsid references tissue_sample(tsid) )
dna_sample( dnaid primary key, tsid )
If you sometimes mix samples from different locations or species, you need to move such columns down to the components table.
