Thank you Rick once again.

You were correct in your initial response. I made a mistake in spelling out the primary key field. It was indeed URI and NOT URI_CM. so primary key, as you stated initially would be (URI, ID).

As for loading the DATA, I would think plan C would be more doable. I will try to come up with some script to some how flag processed files, either by renaming them as filename.csv.DONE or removing them as they are processed elsewhere, in case the script is interrupted for any reason and needs to be reinstated.

- Would it be wise to create indexes on other fields, if any, before loading the data or after? or does it matter at all?
