So here is where I am so far. Not sure if I like it or not so if anyone has a better idea I would be open to hear it.

I am using Navicat to import the individual tables. I created profiles for what I wanted imported and then batched that and created a schedule to import the batch at different intervals throughout the day.

No triggers or anything like that but workable for now.
Again, open to hear suggestions.
