Schema does not show

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question so please feel free to move if needed.

I have MySql 5 installed and is working but with one little problem. I am able to see all my stored procedures except in one schema. The procedures have to be somewhere because the code works. I just cannot edit any of the procedures so I guess I will have to recreate all of them. Not an easy task as I have over 200. I only use stored procedures because I like to keep things hidden from users or hackers. I use mysql administrator gui in windows to manage the procedures and data. Users can only do what I have programmed for them. I am sure I am not that clear so if someone wants to help just email me and I will get with you. Thanks in advance
